Avodcado And Banana Smoothie

Description: Smoothies are a great way to get in some fruits and vegetables, keep you full for a longer time. Bananas add a natural sweetness and avacado brings in the creamy texture to this smoothie. Just blend the 3 ingredients in a blender and you are good to go for the day. Its a quick #onthegobreakfast option too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large frozen banana (one at room temperature can also be used)
  • 1 ripe avacado
  • Fat free milk / dairy free milk
  • Sugar as per taste (I didn't use any)

Method:

  • Chop the frozen banana and avocado.
  • Put them inside a blender jar.

  • Add fat free / dairy free milk according to the consistency needed.
  • Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
