Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Crumbled Paneer
  • 400 grams Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Milk Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • Few chopped Pistachios and Almonds for garnishing

Method:

  • Take a bowl and mix the crumbled paneer and condensed milk.
  • Add the mixture to a pan and switch on the flame.
  • Cook the mixture on low to medium flame stirring continuously
  • Now add milk powder and Cardamom powder and mix well .
  • Stir continuously till the mixture thickens and starts leaving sides of the pan.
  • Take a container and grease it with ghee.
  • Pour the thickened mixture and with the help of spatula make it uniform to form a slab.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds and press them gently using the spatula.
  • Let it cool completely and set for 4-5 hours.
  • Once cool cut in pieces and serve.
