Ingredients:
- 500 grams Crumbled Paneer
- 400 grams Sweetened Condensed milk
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Few chopped Pistachios and Almonds for garnishing
Method:
- Take a bowl and mix the crumbled paneer and condensed milk.
- Add the mixture to a pan and switch on the flame.
- Cook the mixture on low to medium flame stirring continuously
- Now add milk powder and Cardamom powder and mix well .
- Stir continuously till the mixture thickens and starts leaving sides of the pan.
- Take a container and grease it with ghee.
- Pour the thickened mixture and with the help of spatula make it uniform to form a slab.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds and press them gently using the spatula.
- Let it cool completely and set for 4-5 hours.
- Once cool cut in pieces and serve.
