Oreo Cheese Cake - No Bake Eggless

Ingredients:

  • 26-28 OREO biscuits (16 for crushing to powder, 6 roughly crushed for mixing in cream cheese, 4-5 for decoration)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 200 grams cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 6 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 500 ml whipping cream (refrigerated)
  • Spring form size 8 inches
  • Freeze time 4-5 hours

Method:

  • Crush 16 oreo biscuits in a blender and add melted butter to it. 
  • Mix well and transfer it to a lined with parchment paper 8 inch spring form pan.
  • Place it in a freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Mix the cream cheese and sugar using a hand mixer and add vanilla essence to it.
  • Take another large bowl and add whipping cream to it and whip till stiff peaks.
  • Add the cream cheese mixture and roughly crushed oreo's and mix well using a spatula.
  • Pour the mixture into the spring form with oreo base and level it.
  • Tap to remove any air bubbles and freeze for at-least 4-5 hours.
  • Once done cut the cake using a sharp knife and enjoy your NO BAKE, EGGLESS oreo cheese cake.
