Pav Bhaji Sandwich

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Slit the pav.
  • Put butter on inner sides of the pav.
  • Put tomato ketchup on one side of the pav and put bhaji on the other side.
  • Top it up with some grated cheese on the bhaji.
  • Cover with other side of the pav and grill it in a sandwich maker with butter on both sides.
  • Once done then roll the pav in some non spicy namkeen.

Handy Tips:

  • You can make it with leftover bhaji also.
