Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sabudana
- 1 liter full fat milk
- 1/2 tsp cardmom powder
- 1 tbsp almonds chopped
- 1/2 tbsp pistachios chopped
- 1/2 tnsp cashews chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Few saffron strands
Method:
- Soak the sabudana in 3/4 cup water for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile heat milk in a deep non stick pan and bring it to boil.
- Add the soaked sabudana and boil further for 15-20 minutes stirring in intervals.
- Make sure the sabudana do not stick to the pan
- Add the saffron strands and sugar and stir well.
- Now add the chopped dry fruits and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Sabudana Kheer is ready to be served.
- It tastes best when served after refrigeration
- Garnish with more chopped nuts.
