Ingredients:
- For Mango part
- 2 cups mango puree or 2 mangoes cut and blended
- 1 tsp agar agar (gelatin can also be used)
- 2 tbsp hot water 30 ml
- For Milk part
- 1 tsp agar agar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk (preferably full fat)
- 1 cup (240 ml) full fat cream
- 1/2 (80 grams) cup sugar-powdered
Method:
- For Mango part
- Take 2 tbsp warm water and add 1 tsp agar agar powder to it (gelatin can also be used).
- Mix it well and add the mango pulp.
- Take a serving glass and place it in a bowl or muffin tin to make it tilted.
- Pour the mango agar agar mixture in the tilted glass. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
- For Milk
- Take a pan and add 1 cup milk to it and heat it (do not boil).
- Now add the agar agar powder and mix well.
- Add cream, vanilla essence, sugar and salt to the milk.
- Let the mixture cool a little and the pour it in the glass with mango puree.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours till it sets completely.
- Your mango Panna Cotta is ready to be garnished with mint leaf and served.
