Ingredients:
- 3 Cups puffed rice/murmura
- 1/2 medium size Onion - finely chopped
- 1 small tomato chopped (without seeds)
- 1/2 potato medium, boiled and cubed
- 4-5 papdi crushed
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp sev
- 3 tbsp green chutney
- 4 tbsp tamarind chutney
Method:
- Dry roast the puffed rice for making them Crispy
- Now take a large bowl and add onions, tomatoes, crushed papdi, boiled potatoes and mix.
- Add the roasted cumin powder, chat masala, kashmiri red chili powder and salt and mix till all combines.
- Now, add the green chutney, tamarind chutney and lemon juice.
- Mix and make sure the puffed rive does not get soggy.
- Add the sev and garnish the bhel with more crushed papdi, onions and chopped coriander.
