Ingredients:

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Banana
  • 3/4 cup Spinach
  • Water as needed
  • 1 tbsp Thick Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

Method:

  • Take a blending jar and add washed spinach leaves and some water.
  • Blend it .
  • Now add chopped kiwi, banana, chia seeds and thick yogurt.
  • Blend it to a smoothie consistency.

Note:

  • Thickness of the smoothie can be changed as per individual  choices.
  • Add more milk or water for a thinner consistency.
