Ingredients:
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Banana
- 3/4 cup Spinach
- Water as needed
- 1 tbsp Thick Yogurt
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
Method:
- Take a blending jar and add washed spinach leaves and some water.
- Blend it .
- Now add chopped kiwi, banana, chia seeds and thick yogurt.
- Blend it to a smoothie consistency.
Note:
- Thickness of the smoothie can be changed as per individual choices.
- Add more milk or water for a thinner consistency.
