Ingredients:
- 1 Cup crumbled Paneer
- 1/2 cup onion medium chopped
- 1/2 cup mixed capsicum chopped
- 3/4 cup tomato large chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/8 tsp asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chilipowder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
- Tomato ketchup as required
- Mozzarella cheese as required
- Milk for milk wash
Method:
- Heat a pan and add oil to it.
- Add cumin seeds and asafoetida and let the cumin splutter.
- Add the chopped onion and capsicum and saute.
- Close the lid for 2-3 minutes on low medium flame.
- Open the lid and add the tomatoes, dry masalas.
- Saute till tomatoes turn mushy.
- Now add the crumbled paneer and mix well.
- Add garam masala and chopped coriander.
- Assembling
- Take a hot dog and cut a rectangular shape using knife(refer video)
- Apply tomato ketchup in the cavity.
- Fill the prepared paneer bhurji in the rectangular cavity.Top up with cheese and chili flakes.
- Bake in a preheated oven @180 C for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Notes:
- You can choose the vegetables of your choice.
- The spice content can be altered as per the taste.
