Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  • Dark Chocolate (60% cocoa content) (350 grams)
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 Can (397 grams)
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts(optional)

Method:

  • Take a square pan and grease it. Line the pan with parchment paper/butter paper.
  • Take Dark Chocolate(I'm using 60% cocoa content) and chop in pieces.
  • Put the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and add the sweetened  Condensed milk.  Microwave for a minute.
  • Stir the mixture gently and again microwave in 30 seconds interval till the chocolate melts.
  • Make sure that the mixture does not burn.
  • Once the mixture is in flowing consistency add the butter and chopped walnuts to it.
  • Mix gently to incorporate everything well.
  • Put the mixture in the lined pan and garnish with chopped walnuts.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or until set.
  • Once set cut using a sharp knife in the desired shape.
