Ingredients:
- Dark Chocolate (60% cocoa content) (350 grams)
- Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 Can (397 grams)
- Butter 1 tbsp
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts(optional)
Method:
- Take a square pan and grease it. Line the pan with parchment paper/butter paper.
- Take Dark Chocolate(I'm using 60% cocoa content) and chop in pieces.
- Put the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and add the sweetened Condensed milk. Microwave for a minute.
- Stir the mixture gently and again microwave in 30 seconds interval till the chocolate melts.
- Make sure that the mixture does not burn.
- Once the mixture is in flowing consistency add the butter and chopped walnuts to it.
- Mix gently to incorporate everything well.
- Put the mixture in the lined pan and garnish with chopped walnuts.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or until set.
- Once set cut using a sharp knife in the desired shape.
