Dahi Papdi Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 7-8 papdi's
  • 1/2 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 large potato boiled and diced
  • 2 tbsp coriander mint chutney
  • 2 tbsp dates tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup whisked curd
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  • 2 tbsp sev (nylon/bhujia)
  • 1 tbsp Tutti frutti (optional)
  • 1 tbsp masala boondi
  • Pinch of Roasted Cumin
  • Pinch of kashmiri red chilli powder

Method:

  • Place Puri's on a plate.
  • Place boiled potatoes and onions on the puri.
  • Add the whisked curd/yogurt.
  • Add coriander mint chutney and dates and tamarind chutney.
  • Add chopped coriander and sev.
  • Add more curd/yogurt, coriander mint chutney.
  • Sprinkle roasted cumin and kashmiri red chili powder.
  • Add tutti frutti (optional) and masla boondi.
  • Quick and easy Papdi Chaat is ready.
