Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup chopped Carrot
- 1/2 cup Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sweet Corn
- 2 tbsp Mint chutney
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 cup melted Butter
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chilli Flake
Method:
- Take a large bowl and add capsicum, onion, sweetcorn, carrot, cheese, mint chutney, salt, oregano and chilli flakes.
- Mix it well.
- Now take bread slice and cut the side crust.
- Flatten the bread using a rolling pin.
- Apply water on the sides and fold it to make it a cone shape.(refer video for more clarity)
- Fill the cones with the veggie mixture.Make sure you do not overfill them otherwise the cones will open up during baking when the cheese melts.
- Now take melted butter and add oregano to it and mix.
- Place the ready cones on a baking sheet and apply the butter on them.
- Bake the cones at 180 C for 8-10 minutes.
- Veg Cheese Bread Cones taste good with coriander mint chutney, tomato ketchup or you can have it with the dip of your choice.
