Ingredients:
- 500 ml milk
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder (25 grams)
- 4 tbsp cornflour/starch (30 grams)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Semi sweet chocolate (90 grams)
- 4 tbsp heavy cream (60 ml)
- 1/2 cup sugar (90 grams)
Method:
- Take a large vessel and add cornflour, cocoa powder, salt and sugar and mix well.
- Now add the milk gradually and stir continuously to avoid any lumps.
- Once everything is well incorporated sieve it.
- Heat the sieved mixture stirring continuously.
- Once it comes to a boil add the chocolate chips and heavy cream and stir continuously.
- When batter thickens remove from heat and pour in glasses.
- Cover with a cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to thicken.
- Once done your easy peasy chocolate pudding is ready to be served.
