Ingredients:
- 1 cup Thick Yogurt (250 grams)
- 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (150 grams)
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Hot Milk (30 ml)
- Few Strands of Saffron
- Few Chopped Pistachios
- Water as required
Method:
- In a bowl mix the hot milk and saffron strands. Set aside.
- Take a large bowl and add the thick yogurt, condensed milk, cardamom powder and pistachios and whisk well to combine everything.
- Make sure there are no lumps left in the yogurt.
- Now, add the saffron soaked milk and mix well.
- Pour the mixture in ramekins (any oven proof bowls),
- Meanwhile, preheat the Oven at 180 C.
- Furthermore, take a baking tray and place the ramekins in it at a little distance with each other.
- Now, pour water in the tray till the ramekins are 1/2 immersed in it.
- Place the tray in the Oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Keep a check after 20 minutes to avoid browning of the top.
- Remove the tray from oven once baked and garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron strands.
- Let the ramekins cool down a little and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
- Enjoy your delicious baked yogurt.
