Ingredients:
- 26-28 OREO biscuits (16 for crushing to powder, 6 roughly crushed for mixing in cream cheese, 4-5 for decoration)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 200 grams cream cheese (room temperature)
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 500 ml whipping cream (refrigerated)
- Spring form size 8 inches
- Freeze time 4-5 hours
Method:
- Crush 16 oreo biscuits in a blender and add melted butter to it.
- Mix well and transfer it to a lined with parchment paper 8 inch spring form pan.
- Place it in a freezer for 15 minutes.
- Mix the cream cheese and sugar using a hand mixer and add vanilla essence to it.
- Take another large bowl and add whipping cream to it and whip till stiff peaks.
- Add the cream cheese mixture and roughly crushed oreo's and mix well using a spatula.
- Pour the mixture into the spring form with oreo base and level it.
- Tap to remove any air bubbles and freeze for at-least 4-5 hours.
- Once done cut the cake using a sharp knife and enjoy your NO BAKE, EGGLESS oreo cheese cake.
