Homemade Bounty Chocolate - 3 Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut (100 grams)
  • 5 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk (100 grams)
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate chips (100 grams)

Method:

  • Take a mixing bowl and add desiccated coconut to it.
  • Now, add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
  • Check the consistency by pressing between fingers. It should bind well.
  • Grease a container and place parchment paper in it.
  • Spread the coconut mixture and set it to form a slab.
  • Place in the refrigerator for and hour.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate mixture by placing a heat proof bowl over a pan with boiling water.
  • Put the chocolate and let it sit foe a minute.
  • Stir gently till the chocolate melts completely.
  • Once cooled cut the coconut slab in equal pieces.
  • Dip the coconut pieces on by one in melted chocolate and coat them well. 
  • Lift with the help of fork and place on a plate with parchment paper.
  • Let the chocolate set on the coconut bars and enjoy the home made Bounty bars.
