Leftover Roti Churi

Ingredients:

  • 4 leftover rotis
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • A pinch of aesofotida
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp  fresh coriander chopped

Method:

  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Lower the flame.
  • Now add the aesofotedia, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. 
  • Stir the masala's for few seconds and add the cut roti pieces to it.
  • Mix well so that the roti pieces are nicely coated with the masala's.
  • Now add whisked yogurt and mix well.
  • Cover the pan for a minute and once done garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
