Ingredients:
- 4 leftover rotis
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 3/4 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- A pinch of aesofotida
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp fresh coriander chopped
Method:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Lower the flame.
- Now add the aesofotedia, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Stir the masala's for few seconds and add the cut roti pieces to it.
- Mix well so that the roti pieces are nicely coated with the masala's.
- Now add whisked yogurt and mix well.
- Cover the pan for a minute and once done garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
