Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 250 grams condensed milk
- 25 grams cocoa powder
- Sprinklers, desiccated coconut, chopped dry-fruits as needed
Method:
- Heat a pan and add butter to it.
- Add the condensed milk and mix.
- Now add the cocoa powder and mix well.
- Keep stirring and scraping the mixture till it comes to the consistency that when you scrape of the bottom of pan it take 2-3 seconds for the mixture to come back to its place.
- Grease a plate and transfer the mixture on it. Spread and let it cool for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours grease your hands and take 1 tbsp size mixture in your hand and roll it to make a ball.
- Take chocolate sprinkles, chopped dry-fruits, desiccated coconut and roll the fudge balls in them.
- Your fudge and tasty Brazilian Truffles are ready to be eaten.
