Brazilian Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 250 grams condensed milk
  • 25 grams cocoa powder
  • Sprinklers, desiccated coconut, chopped dry-fruits as needed

Method:

  • Heat a pan and add butter to it.
  • Add the condensed milk and mix.
  • Now add the cocoa powder and mix well.
  • Keep stirring and scraping the mixture till it comes to the consistency that when you scrape of the bottom of pan it take 2-3 seconds for the mixture to come back to its place.
  • Grease a plate and transfer the mixture on it. Spread and let it cool for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours grease your hands and take 1 tbsp size mixture in your hand and roll it to make a ball.
  • Take chocolate sprinkles,  chopped dry-fruits,  desiccated coconut and roll the fudge balls in them.
  • Your fudge and tasty Brazilian Truffles are ready to be eaten.
