Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup onion(half medium size)finely chopped
- 1/4 cup coloured Capcicum (red+green)finely chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato deseeded(half medium)finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet corn mashed
- 1/2 cup paneer finely diced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Mozzarella cheese as required
- Tomato ketchup as required
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tortillas (large size)
Method:
- Heat a pan and add oil to it.
- Add chopped onion and capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add mashed corn and tomato and saute.
- Now add the turmeric powder, salt and red chili powder and mix.
- Add the diced paneer and chaat masala.
- Lower the flame and cover the pan with lid for a minute.
- Switch off the flame.
- Now take a tortilla and apply tomato ketchup.
- Place the filling on half side of the tortilla and put mozzarella cheese on it. Fold it to make a semicircle.
- Place the tortilla on a sandwich grill and apply butter on both sides.
- Grill till it is golden in color.
- Cut slices using pizza cutter and serve with your favorite dip.
