No Gelatin No Agar Agar - Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder (25 grams)
  • 4 tbsp cornflour/starch (30 grams)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Semi sweet chocolate (90 grams)
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream (60 ml)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (90 grams)

Method:

  • Take a large vessel and add cornflour, cocoa powder, salt and sugar and mix well.
  • Now add the milk gradually and stir continuously to avoid any lumps.
  • Once everything is well incorporated sieve it.
  • Heat the sieved mixture stirring continuously.
  • Once it comes to a boil add the chocolate chips and heavy cream and stir continuously.
  • When batter thickens remove from heat and pour in glasses.
  • Cover with a cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to thicken.
  • Once done your easy peasy chocolate pudding is ready to be served.
