Ingredients:
- 1 cup pav bhaji
- 4 sandwich whole wheat bun/pav
- 2 chocolate chips cookies - eggless
- Namkeen as required
- Tomato ketchup as required
- Butter as required
- Cheese as required - grated
- Juice as required
Method:
- Slit the pav.
- Put butter on inner sides of the pav.
- Put tomato ketchup on one side of the pav and put bhaji on the other side.
- Top it up with some grated cheese on the bhaji.
- Cover with other side of the pav and grill it in a sandwich maker with butter on both sides.
- Once done then roll the pav in some non spicy namkeen.
Handy Tips:
- You can make it with leftover bhaji also.
