Ingredients:
- 1 cup Quick Oats (100 grams)
- 2 ripe Bananas (~200 grams)
- 1/3 cup dark Chocolate Chips (50 grams)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Method:
- Take 2 ripe bananas in a bowl. Peel and mash using back of a fork.
- Add the quick Oats and mix well.
- Add Vanilla essence (optional)
- Now, add the dark chocolate chips and mix.
- Next, take a measuring spoon and scoop out the prepared mixture and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread to form a cookie.
- Alternatively, you can grease your hands and make small balls and give shape of cookie by pressing between hands.
- Bake in a preheated Oven @ 180C for 15 minutes.
- Once done place on a wired rack to cool completely.
- Your chewy oats banana cookies are ready to be enjoyed .
