Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Dates (deseeded)
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder (optional)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 1/4 cup Almonds
Method:
- Roast 2 cups rolled oats on low to medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Remove from flame and set aside. In the same pan add the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds. Roast them for 5 minutes on low to medium flame.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same pan add roughly chopped almonds, cashews and walnuts and roast for 5 minutes on low flame. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Let the dry ingredients cool down.
- Take seedless dates and chop them. Add to a mixer grinder and make a paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add the dates paste to it.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on low to medium flame stirring continuously.
- Add the dates paste to the nuts, seeds and oats mixture.
- Mix well and add raisins, cranberries and honey.
- Mix well and add cinnamon powder, salt and honey.
- Combine everything well.
- Take a flat tray and place parchment paper on it.
- Spread the granola mixture and flatten using a spatula.
- Spread some dried cranberries and flatten with spatula.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours and then cut in the desired shape.
- I've cut the bars in rectangular shape.
