Chocolate Cake 3 Ingredient #eggless

Ingredients:

  • 28 Oreo Biscuits (310 grams)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup warm Milk
  • Nutella used as topping (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Method:

  • Take Oreo biscuits and grind them to make a fine powder(use the pulse mode to grind)
  • Transfer to a large bowl and add the baking powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Now, add warm milk(not hot)and mix gradually till the mixture looks becomes smooth and without lumps
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake tin with parchment paper placed in the base.
  • Tap 2-3 times and swirl a toothpick around the batter to avoid any air bubbles
  • Bake in a preheated Oven at 180C for 25 to 30 minutes .
  • Once baked cover the cake with a cotton cloth and let it cool completely.
  • The Oreo cake can be relished as it is or you can top it up with some Nutella and sprinkles.
