Ingredients:
- 7-8 Pearl Onions (200 Grams)
- 1/2 Beetroot (Diced)
- 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Green Chilies
Method:
- Take Pearl Onions and slit them half way through from their top center.
- Now, in a bowl add diced beetroots and add boiling water, salt and sugar to it.
- Let the mixture sit till cool.
- Once cooled add vinegar to the beetroots.
- Take a glass bottle/jar and add the slit onions and green chilies to it.
- Now, add the beetroot mixture.
- Close the bottle /jar and let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours and can be consumed after that.
